About the role

Will be working for the Lund Quality department with interaction with all functions using the Lund Framework system. The purpose of the 12-months Project Lead position will be to develop Lund´s Quality Management System Framework. The person needs to mitigate the found GAPs in the current procedures and to develop a stable system that will be in compliance with Alfa Laval and external requirements. The purpose of this is to ensure that all functions, procedures and processes within the Framework system have clear ownership and are maintained, updated, and communicated by the owners responsible.

Key responsibilities for this role entail:

• Update the infrastructure within the Framework system according to current Alfa Laval organization.
• Be the project manager working with the different functions that need to update their procedures and processes.
• Develop a process for E-learning for the Framework system for new and current users.
• Drive the review and clean-up of obsolete, duplicate, and outdated documentation.
• Establish clear document ownership, governance, and updating processes across functions.
• Define clear rules for document categorization, communication, and information flow.
• Ensure structured document handover processes and continuity of ownership.
• Define and implement governance processes, including plans for periodic reviews and audits of the Framework system

• Structured with good ability to prioritize
• Comfortable working with quality management software, databases, and MS Office tools
• Service-minded with good ability to create constructive relationships
• Self-motivated
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
• High integrity

What you know

• Relevant technical education or equivalent
• Proven track record in leading projects, preferably within quality management
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements, document control principles, process development and improvement. Knowledge of ISO 19443 is an advantage.
• Good oral and written proficiency in English and Swedish
• Good computer skills
