Job title: Project Manager, Experience Marketing, Logitech G (GCN)
About the Role The Project Manager will coordinate and drive Experience Marketing projects and campaigns in China from Logitech G in Shanghai. You will serve as a key link between internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure on-time delivery, defined scope, and clear accountability across all stages of execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, and day-to-day coordination across China Experience Marketing programs; ensure structured and timely progress.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for events, campaigns, and related programs in China, aligned with team priorities and processes.
- Use project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, and WeCom to manage tasks, maintain transparency, and support communication across local and global teams.
- Build and maintain a China project dashboard to track health, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and overall progress across active programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, local agencies, and vendors to ensure execution stays within scope and timelines.
- Support the Operations Lead and wider team in planning, tracking, and follow-up on project tasks; escalate risks or blockers timely.
- Ensure internal teams and external partners stay aligned on responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Continuously improve planning, documentation, and completion processes to match China’s gaming and esports calendar.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in project management or program coordination, preferably in gaming, esports, live events, marketing, or related industry.
- Experience working on China-market projects or coordinating with China-based teams/partners.
- Strong understanding of China’s gaming/esports ecosystem, platforms, and local market dynamics.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and WeCom.
- Strong Mandarin, with business-level English; excellent written and spoken communication.
- Strong project planning, follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills; ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and execution-focused working style.
- Willingness to travel domestically within China and internationally; able to work across time zones and occasional evenings or weekends during major events; this role based in Shanghai.
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
