Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Oil Mill, Port Harcourt - Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. You will make sure each project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards, while keeping clients satisfied throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and mobilise projects, including equipment, labour, materials and site set-up
• Review drawings, specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to set the project baseline
• Oversee daily site activities and supervise site engineers, foremen and workers
• Track progress against the project schedule and fix delays early
• Control project costs and report on budget performance
• Ensure work meets engineering standards and client specifications
• Enforce HSE compliance on all sites and investigate incidents
• Act as the main point of contact with clients, and submit regular progress reports to management

Requirements

• B.Eng/B.Sc in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 8–10 years’ experience in construction, with at least 3–5 years in a project management role
• Proven experience delivering projects in the oil and gas sector
• COREN registration [required]; PMP or similar certification is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and site safety management
• Good leadership, problem-solving and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites at the same time.
