Job Title: Project Manager Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Onsite)
Role Overview
This position supports the execution of business readiness activities for transformation initiatives. The role is a mix of project and change management to provide executional support for the rollout of a new workflow as part of a major program. Working with program leads, business stakeholders, and technology teams, this individual will coordinate day-to-day readiness activities to ensure successful user adoption and deployment.
Key Responsibilities

Execute business readiness activities aligned to program delivery plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) deliverables, communications, and training preparation.

Create and maintain project plans, status reports, readiness dashboards, meeting materials, and action logs.

Drive completion of deliverables by coordinating follow-up actions and tracking progress across business and technology teams.

Gather, consolidate, and synthesize feedback, readiness metrics, and testing results to support deployment decisions.

Support pilot preparation, go-live readiness activities, cutover coordination, and adoption monitoring.

Identify and escalate readiness risks, issues, or dependencies that may impact deployment success.

Provide hands-on execution support across project management, communications, training, and change management activities.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Experience coordinating projects or program activities in a cross-functional environment is required. This includes experience supporting readiness activities such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, communications, change management, or deployment readiness. The candidate must have a proven ability to execute against timelines in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing multiple deliverables and competing priorities.

Skills: Organizational, communication, and execution skills with attention to detail are necessary. The role requires a demonstrated ability to proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and drive follow-through. Proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and coordination tools is also needed.
