Project Manager
Position Summary The Project Manager will support the successful delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation by providing project coordination, scheduling, task tracking, reporting, financial administration, and governance support across multiple workstreams.
This role is ideal for an early-career project management professional looking to gain experience supporting a complex enterprise transformation program. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Manager will help maintain project schedules, coordinate meetings, manage action items, support invoice reconciliation activities, and ensure project documentation is accurate and current.
Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination and Administration
-
Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for project activities.

Assist project leadership with planning, coordination, and execution of project deliverables.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, decisions, and action items.
-
Maintain project documentation, repositories, and governance artifacts.
-
Support onboarding activities for project team members, contractors, and vendors.

Schedule Management
-
Maintain and update project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Track project milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
-
Coordinate project meetings, workshops, testing activities, and status reviews.
-
Monitor upcoming deadlines and communicate schedule risks to project leadership.

Track progress against planned deliverables and escalate potential delays when necessary.

Task and Action Item Management

Maintain project action logs, RAID logs, and task trackers.
-
Follow up with workstream leaders regarding open actions and deliverables.

Monitor project task completion and update status dashboards.

Support preparation of weekly status reports and leadership updates.
-
Promote accountability across business and technical teams for assigned activities.

Financial and Vendor Administration

Assist with processing, tracking, and reconciliation of project-related invoices.

Validate invoices against statements of work, purchase orders, and approved budgets.
-
Maintain invoice tracking logs and support budget monitoring activities.
-
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.

Support periodic project forecasting and financial reporting activities.

Reporting and Governance
-
Prepare recurring project reports, dashboards, presentations, and metrics.

Support governance meetings and leadership review preparations.
-
Track and communicate project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
-
Maintain project records to support compliance, audit, and governance requirements.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, PMO Analyst, Business Analyst, or Junior Project Manager role.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level projects, PMO functions, or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting software implementation programs is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to SAP, ERP systems, or large-scale technology implementations is a plus.

Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

SharePoint and document management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other ERP implementation programs.

Experience working alongside Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, or Vendor Management teams.

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Experience supporting large, multi-workstream transformation initiatives.
