Project Manager Edible Beans - Casselton, ND
Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for supporting and managing capital and operational projects from concept through completion. This role works closely with operations management, commercial leadership, procurement, contractors, subject matter experts, and divisional management to ensure projects are properly scoped, approved, funded, executed, and completed on schedule. The Project Manager will manage project initiatives through the WAVE process, Local and Global Invest Board requirements, create and manage AFEs, coordinate RFQs and contractor selection, and provide on-site project support as needed. This role also supports long-term project planning by developing and monitoring the divisional project pipeline. Estimated travel for this position is 20–25% annually.
