Job title: Project Manager, Creative Operations – Localization
About the Role Based in Paris within Ubisoft’s Global Brand Operations, Creative Operations, you will support the daily activities of the Project Management team. You’ll monitor production and ensure timely delivery of localized digital assets, game trailers, physical packaging and manuals, and assets for media partners, coordinating across internal teams and external localization partners. Your role acts as a control tower to streamline workflows, translations, and quality compliance using established processes and tools like Jira, Canopy, and Box.
What You'll Do
- Develop realistic delivery schedules with Global Publishing Project Management and Marketing teams using existing processes and internal tools.
- Receive and assess briefs and asset requests to determine optimal production flow.
- Coordinate creation of consumer-facing visuals (master paper parts and storefront assets) with internal graphic production/design teams, as well as with marketing and sales.
- Brief external localization/execution agencies on localization requirements to streamline work and provide quick solutions when issues arise.
- Coordinate with Localization team to obtain translations for requested assets.
- Coordinate with Copy-Editing team to ensure compliance and quality of assets (legal lines, age ratings, review of English texts).
- Monitor and update activity schedules for the projects you oversee.
- Work with engagement hubs to integrate adjustment requests and validate localized versions before final delivery.
- Maintain mastery of templates and technical specifications for Print (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, printers) and Media (YouTube, Facebook, programmatic formats) partners.
- Propose improvements to the localization process (e.g., AI, tech monitoring, post-mortems) and ways of working with production, localization, and compliance teams.
