Job Requirements
- 7–10 years’ proven experience in project management, preferably within construction, real estate development, or infrastructure
- BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Relevant professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or membership of a recognised professional body is an added advantage
- Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through execution, completion, and handover
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality management, and construction procedures
- Proven experience managing project teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, project schedules, and technical documents
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements on construction sites
- Proven ability to monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, accountability, discipline, and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and liaise effectively with management, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and other project stakeholders
