About the Role Mindgruve is seeking a Project Manager, Commerce to lead day-to-day delivery for marketplace and retail media projects across Amazon, Walmart, and other online retail ecosystems. This role connects creative, media, and operations teams to keep work on track, on budget, and aligned to strategy. You will bring organization, attention to detail, and calm problem-solving to every phase of delivery.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day delivery of commerce and retail media projects from kickoff through launch.
- Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and task lists to ensure work stays on track.
- Partner with Account Management, Creative, and Media teams to plan deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
- Track progress in Asana, keeping documentation, timelines, and budgets accurate.
