About the Role Capgemini is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Guidewire ClaimCenter project, overseeing end-to-end development and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery within a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the end-to-end software development process for the Guidewire ClaimCenter project.
- Collaborate with business partners and shared services to develop and manage project plans.
- Apply project management processes and lead/monitor the IT program team.
- Resolve project issues and manage risks.
- Conduct project meetings and track progress.
- Ensure vendor performance meets contract specifications and SLAs.
- Provide technical and analytical support to project team members.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience delivering for Japanese clients as a vendor.
- Experience communicating with customer-facing stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project management concepts and SDLC methodologies.
- Ability to work with local delivery teams to execute tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Insurance or financial services industry experience (preferred).
- Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies.
- PMP certification.
- Guidewire experience (preferred but not required).
- Japanese language native proficiency; English proficiency is a plus but not required.
