Job title: Project Manager

About the Role Lead and manage small to medium Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) and Service projects, overseeing risk to cost, schedule, and quality. Responsible for the day-to-day execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope, staffing the project, and delivering client satisfaction. Manages and guides multi-discipline teams and coordinates with third-party contributors to ensure successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple small to medium sized Services projects, and/or a small EPC project.
• Manage multiple clients and/or projects.
• Obtain new/repeat business on medium size projects; supports contract negotiations with client peers.
• Manage risk which may include fixed price engineering, new technology or new clients.
• Act as a project manager and manage a project team; the team composition may vary by project.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering with PEPC Engineering License issued from BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia) (preferred).
• Typically, 12+ years of experience in utility Conventional Power Plant or relevant experience including detailed design, project management and execution (highly considered).
• Good command in English (communication and writing).
• Possess good communication skills and leadership ability with supervisory experience.
• Service-minded with a positive attitude toward work; passionate about growth and learning.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• PEPC Engineering License issued from BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia) (preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in utility Conventional Power Plant or relevant experience including detailed design, project management and execution (highly preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive under pressure.
