The purpose of the Project Manager role is to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects within the IT Group Supply Chain portfolio to ensure they align with strategic objectives. This role is responsible for managing resources, timelines, and risks across projects, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining budget and quality standards. The Project Manager serves as a key point of contact between project teams and stakeholders during the project lifecycle. The initial scope will be managing the WMS project, including initial deployment in North America and Mexico, followed by global scale and optimization.

What will you do:

• Project Management: Develop project charters and governance structures, and facilitate Steering Committee meetings, workshops, and key decision forums. Develop and maintain detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for each project. Identify and manage dependencies between tasks, ensuring alignment across teams and timelines. Coordinate and oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, and budget adherence. Work with functional managers in IT Supply Chain to ensure that all project deliverables meet business needs and technical requirements.
• Program Planning and Strategy Contribute to program objectives and strategies that align with IT and Supply Chain goals. Collaborate with the Portfolio management team to ensure that project initiatives align with the overall portfolio and business objectives. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for all projects under their responsibility.
• Stakeholder Communication and Reporting Regularly communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to the key stakeholders. Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners. Provide consistent updates and reports on project progress and facilitate meetings to ensure alignment and address issues as they arise.
• Budget Management and Resource Allocation Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of financial resources. Assist in resource planning and allocation, balancing needs across multiple projects.
