Responsibilities

• Execute projects following engineering design and specifications.
• Develop the Construction Plan for effective project implementation.
• Support the planning and scheduling process for seamless project execution.
• Generate Scope of Works to request proposals from contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) mitigations are implemented in project construction plans.
• Ensure contractors comply with safety requirements.
• Take responsibility for the installation logistics of new equipment.
• Lead and coordinate construction, equipment removal, and installation activities.
• Manage projects for Facilities and Utilities.
• Experience in effectively managing subcontractors.
• Monitor validation documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in project meetings, providing direction and coordination.
• Generate project status reports and minutes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience in project management for Bio/Pharmaceutical facilities.

• Strong understanding of EHS requirements and implementation.

• Experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating construction activities.

• Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary, such as night shifts, and/or weekends to meet project completion timelines.
