About the Role Wij zoeken een gedreven projectmanager die verantwoordelijk is voor het coördineren en leiden van installatie, integratie, inbedrijfstelling, gebruikerstraining en go-live voor elk project. Je bewaakt scope, tijd, kwaliteit en financiën en fungeert als het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt tussen klanten en collega’s.
What You'll Do
- Manage, coordinate and control all aspects of assigned projects (installation, integration, commissioning, user training, go-live) to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, quality and budget.
- Implement the right standards, processes, tools and project management skills to deliver projects to the satisfaction of customers.
- Document and monitor milestones and decision points; keep all stakeholders informed and take timely action when needed.
- Manage multiple projects, maintaining an overview and ensuring alignment with the total portfolio.
- Serve as a crucial link between the company and customers, leveraging knowledge of the Ascom portfolio to meet customer needs.
What We're Looking For
- An HBO degree in (Technical) Business Administration or ICT.
- About 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within IT, telecom, healthcare, or safety & security.
- Experience with financial project management, risk management, project optimization, and efficient resource utilization.
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Preference for candidates living in the Den Bosch, Eindhoven, Venlo region.
