Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our real estate construction projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Supervise site activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineers, artisans, and other project teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure construction work meets required quality and safety standards.
• Manage project resources, materials, and manpower effectively.
• Identify project risks, delays, and challenges and take appropriate corrective action.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and other project documents.
• Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget management.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper documentation of project activities.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and specifications.
• Liaise with management, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, construction, or real estate development.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, budgeting, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, or other relevant project management tools is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.

Salary

N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
