Job title: Project Manager
The role would be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and executing multiple projects across the group, ensuring timely completion, quality delivery, and effective coordination with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple projects.

Ensure effective execution of projects, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.

Stakeholder Coordination
-
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across projects.

Quality and Risk Management
-
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impacts on project outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications
-
Minimum 8+ years, in Project Management with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Steel, Mining Projects experience is preferred.

Bachelor Of Engineering in Mechanical or Metallurgy. MBA- Project Management, PMP
-
5+ years’ experience in Project Management from the centralized Project Team.

Experience in Steel Manufacturing set up in Africa would be an added advantage.
