Project Manager - Erlanger, KY The Project Manager is a member of the PMO and Digital Enablement organization and is responsible for leading the planning, execution, governance, coaching, and successful delivery of technology initiatives, products, programs, and strategic business outcomes. This role combines project management, delivery leadership, Agile team coaching, portfolio coordination, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and governance disciplines to ensure the predictable delivery of business value.
Working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Quality Engineering, Architects, Product Analysts, Business Stakeholders, Portfolio Leaders, and external vendors, the Project Manager provides leadership across delivery planning, execution management, Lean-Agile practices, flow optimization, risk management, organizational capability development, and continuous improvement.
