Role Overview
As a Project Manager on the Scaled Regulatory Operations team, you will drive key strategic projects for Content Litigation workflows, with a focus on elections, litigation, and court orders across Brazil and the broader LATAM region. You will assist in evaluating operational health, tracking legal and regulatory compliance risks, and leading improvements to build scalable processes. This role requires navigating emerging risks with a strong, deadline-oriented mindset while balancing complex legal and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Program Lead as the main NORAM contact for global contractors and vendors reviewing cases, aligning solutions, overseeing coverage, and leading operational improvements.

Serve as a project manager for Content Litigation operations in Brazil, Brazil Election, and LATAM, defining project strategies and tracking execution using KPIs.

Track legal and regulatory compliance risk across the workflow, with attention to elections-related litigation and court-ordered obligations, escalating and mitigating exposure.

Build and strengthen operational processes and systems to deliver efficient reporting, risk mitigation, and durable operational health.

Anticipate roadblocks in high-volume, deadline-driven litigation cycles, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and execute against plans.

Ideate and inform team goals, partnering on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results that surface efficiency gains.

Negotiate, assess, and communicate trade-offs for operational decisions with legal, product/engineering, and cross-functional partners to optimize processes.

Hold stakeholders accountable when progress on operational or election-related work is in jeopardy, while maintaining professional relationships.

Drive effective program communications, including root cause analysis, escalation coordination, and business recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations or equivalent project/program management. Experience in the Legal, Policy or Regulatory space is also required.
