COMPENSATION: $75 - $85 HOURLY

Role Overview

This organization is seeking a professional Brand Operations Project Manager to support the global Company Marketing team. The successful candidate will scale processes and systems that inspire the organization to activate branding across platforms. This role requires exceptional communication capabilities, experience within large organizational structures, and familiarity with digital website management to ensure cohesive brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate brand projects, developing detailed execution plans to accomplish team goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

• Manage day-to-day operations and workflows with external website development and design partners.

• Oversee and process numerous brand portal updates annually within internal tracking systems.

• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications, brand governance workflows, and procedures.

• Present and explain proposals, reports, and operational findings to internal stakeholders.

• Analyze technology and resource needs to assess the feasibility of upcoming brand operations projects.

• Direct, review, and approve digital product designs and process changes.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Experience: Minimum of eight years of professional experience, including six or more years in project management or operations, and at least two years focused on brand management.

• Proficient with Figma, internal website management portals, and project management systems for high-volume workflows.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working within large-scale technology organizations.

• Exposure to brand governance frameworks or brand design systems.

• Demonstrated background in end-to-end digital project management.
