Main Responsibilities

• Initiate new projects, collect idea cards and conduct project feasibility studies
• Lead new projects to ensure delivery meets targets across cost, timeline, quality, and risk management
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
• Coordinate PMO activities and provide project support to other ongoing projects
• Implement group PMO strategies and procedures locally at Suzhou site

Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering with min 2 years of NPI project management experience
• Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to mass production
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Fluent in English (written & verbal) — required for cross-site communication

• Proactive, passionate, and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across functions and cultures
