About the Role The Project Industrial Manager (PrIM) will lead the industrialization and manufacturing aspects of a Fez-based project, integrating process engineering, supply chain, and quality requirements to deliver on-time, safe, and cost-effective production. The role includes setting up the project industrial organization, developing the Industrial Management Plan, and coordinating cross-functional co-engineering activities to ensure a successful serial Go/Go-Live. What You'll Do
- Set up the project industrial organization (staffing, tools, SML/SMP)
- Develop and manage the Industrial Management Plan (IMP) and Make-or-Buy strategy (DAMOB)
- Coordinate co-engineering with Engineering/EDC; arbitrate product/process solutions
- Perform gap analyses vs Ref Lib; monitor manufacturing impact
- Define and monitor detailed industrialization planning from project initiation to serial mounting review (SMR)
- Monitor IMFU, deliverables: Work Instructions, equipment/tooling, workshop layouts, ERP master data, routings & method time
- Line balancing and task sequencing; ensure P-FMEA and Control Plan; support ToT/PrTTM
- Define kitting strategy, blue-collar staffing
- Train and qualify blue collars; manage start of production planning; ensure internal FAIs and FMRs for Serial Go
- Participate in Change and Configuration Board (CCB)
- After serial Go: retrofits and industrialization/production planning; coordinate with PrTCM
- Coordinate with PrSCL for parts procurement during retrofit activities
- Lead continuous improvement to achieve Industrial QCD targets
- Contribute to industrial costing for tenders; participate in R&D / co-engineering as industrial rep
- Perform industrial REX and update the Industrial Ref Lib
