Project Engineering Supervisor

Project Engineering Supervisor - Gateway, Thailand Job Title: Project Engineering Supervisor Location: Gateway, Thailand We are looking for a Project Engineering Supervisor to lead engineering projects and equipment installations that support manufacturing excellence. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and operational performance. The successful candidate will also drive Early Equipment Management (EEM) initiatives, ensuring equipment reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering projects with global and local teams, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, output, and cost targets.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, CAPEX spending, and progress reporting.

• Oversee project planning, design, procurement, resource allocation, installation, and commissioning activities.

• Resolve technical issues and project challenges to ensure successful project delivery.

• Develop and implement technical standards aligned with User Requirement Specifications (URS).

• Ensure effective documentation, training, and handover to operational teams.

• Conduct Risk Assessments and Management of Change (MOC) activities, implementing appropriate mitigation plans.

• Promote a strong culture of safety and quality throughout project execution.

• Apply Early Equipment Management (EEM) principles to improve equipment reliability, maintainability, and operability.

• Lead FMEA activities, vertical start-up planning, and equipment capability assessments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to achieve project objectives.

• Drive value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

• Identify and replicate best practices across production lines.

• Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Engineering, Project Planning, or a similar engineering role.

• Proven experience managing engineering projects and vertical start-ups.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing project management methodologies and analytical tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across the full project lifecycle.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement mindset.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Navisworks, and data visualization tools is advantageous.

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Familiarity with FMCG manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices.
