Job title: Project Engineering Manager

About the Role A Project Engineering Manager is needed to lead Mixed-Signal IP projects from concept to customer delivery, coordinating across R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Manage one or multiple Mixed-Signal IP projects from concept to customer delivery.
  • Represent the product line both internally and externally, ensuring clear communication of project status to key customers.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to plan new developments, updates, and enhancements to existing products.
  • Schedule and track project timelines across various R&D teams, ensuring adherence to schedules.
  • Evaluate and address change requests and technical issues reported by customers.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams for both pre-Sales and post-Sales support.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in communicating with and managing customer expectations.
  • Background in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
  • Experience in program or project management with proficiency in standard project management tools.
  • Knowledge of quality management system processes and procedures is an asset.
  • Proficiency in navigating and using tools in a Linux environment is considered a plus.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • Strong leader who can motivate and drive teams to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Decisive, with the ability to assess situations and make strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Effective at empowering team members to achieve project goals.
  • Skilled in team and relationship building, celebrating individual and team successes.
  • Calm and focused under pressure, maintaining a clear vision of team outcomes.
  • Good negotiator, able to resolve conflicts while maintaining team harmony.
  • Empathetic, understanding the needs of the project, team, and stakeholders.
  • Quick learner, able to adapt to new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of quality management system processes and procedures is an asset.
  • Linux familiarity is a plus.
