About the Role The Project Engineering Manager for Water & Wastewater will manage the engineering component across multiple traditional and collaborative project delivery methods, including advanced treatment facilities, underground conveyance, and carbon-neutral solutions. You will lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians, supervise staff, and manage budgets, schedules, and client communications to deliver high-profile municipal projects. What You'll Do
- Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians on high profile municipal projects.
- Supervise and mentor engineering staff, identifying developmental growth opportunities.
- Manage budgets, scheduling, and correspondence with clients and project management in support of a project.
- Prepare complex engineering deliverables for large or multiple projects What We're Looking For
- Experience leading multi-discipline teams in water/wastewater projects.
- Knowledge of various project delivery methods (design-build, design-bid-build, collaborative delivery).
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules and coordinate with clients and project management.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- Experience with municipal/government projects; familiarity with advanced treatment facilities is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
