Project Engineer
I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for handling EMC testing and certificate projects, focus on ISM domain as well as on-site EMC testing.
该职位负责处理EMC电磁兼容测试和认证项目，重点偏向于工科医方向以及现场大型设备的EMC测试及认证。
II. Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)
- Prepare, coordinate and execute EMC test plan; (20%)
制定，协调并执行EMC测试计划；(20%)
- Execute and complete the EMC testing on time and record the original data and related information effectively and objectively. (30%)
执行并按时完成EMC测试，并有效客观的记录原始数据及相关信息。
- Complete test report and other technical document on time; (10%)
按时完成测试报告和其他技术文件；(10%)
- Study new testing/ standard/ regulation, share and give EMC related technical support to customers; (20%)
学习新的测试, 标准, 法规，与客户分享并提供EMC相关的技术支持；(20%)
- Communicate actively and effectively with colleagues and clients, including answering technical queries, coordinating work process etc.; (10%)
积极有效地与同事和客户沟通，包括回答技术问题，协调工作流程等; (10%)
- Perform other duties assigned by Department Manager/ Section manager; (10%)
完成部门经理/部门经理交办的其他工作 (10%)
III. Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)
- Bachelor degree or above; major in Electric, Electronic, Radio or relevant; 本科及以上学历；电气、电子、无线电或相关专业
- At least 2 years working experience in EMC testing or/and related field; 2年或以上EMC测试或/及认证相关工作经验
- Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions; 对工作相关目标、标准、政策、程序和指导有良好的理解和执行力；
- Have independent thinking ability, curious and inquisitive, strong practical ability, not afraid of challenges, and work efficiently; 具有独立思考能力，求知欲强，实践能力强，不怕挑战，工作效率高；
- Kind, magnanimous, sincere, with good communication and interpersonal skills; 善良，大度，真诚，有良好的沟通和人际交往能力；
- Respect and safeguard corporate image (collective image), reputation and benefit; 尊重和维护企业形象(集体形象)、信誉和利益；
- Good skills for computer and common office software (Word, Excel, PPT etc.); 熟练使用计算机和常用办公软件；
- Good English competence especially in reading and writing; 良好的英语读写能力；
- Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required; 身体健康，可稳定正常工作，能够按业务需求出差；
