About the Role The Project Engineer / Systems Engineer – Senior will lead and contribute to complex engineering initiatives within MTSI, applying systems engineering principles to deliver integrated solutions for defense and technology programs. What You'll Do
- Lead systems engineering activities across project lifecycles, including requirement analysis, design, integration, and verification.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to translate customer needs into actionable specifications and architectures.
- Monitor technical risk, schedule, and cost performance; provide technical leadership to junior engineers. What We're Looking For
- Senior-level experience in project engineering or systems engineering, ideally within defense or related fields.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering processes, requirements management, and systems integration.
- Ability to work on-site in Colorado Springs and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders. Nice to Have
- Experience with DoD programs, model-based systems engineering, and relevant standards.
