Position Title: Project Engineer – Project Manager

Location: Pune / Kolkata / Mumbai / Gurgaon / Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

• Technical oversight: Reviewing design drawings, specifications, and compliance standards.

• Site coordination: Linking field workers, contractors, and design teams.

• Process tracking: Monitoring daily progress, requests for information (RFIs), and material submittals.

• Problem solving: Resolving on-site design or material conflicts quickly.

• Communication: Translating complex data between technical teams and clients.

• Documentation: Managing technical logs, test reports, and schedule updates.

• Support Sales : Coordinate with service sales teams in ISEAM to ensure budgeting and delivery on-time.

Administrative Management

• Project management for Projects / Large Projects following purchase order received.

• Handle documentation, reports, and correspondence related to service operations.

• Managing customer master data, including customer records, contact information

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, demonstrating strong teamwork and relationship-building in alignment with SKF’s core values.

• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and customer documentation as needed.

• Assist in internal and external audits related to operations and administration.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or related field.

• 5-8 years of experience in project management (preferably in manufacturing industries such as Oil and Gas, Energy, Heavy Industry)

• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.

• High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems

• Experience working with ServiceMax and SAP Sales & Distribution modules will be advantageous.

• Strong analytical and service mindset and attention to detail.
