Job Description
Our client is adding a Project Engineer to support its advanced engineering group in Zeeland, MI. This person will coordinate product launch activities, keeping projects organized as they move from planning through implementation. The role works across engineering and other teams and helps ensure project milestones, open issues, and launch activities stay on track.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate launch activities, milestones, and follow-up items across engineering and supporting teams.
- Track project progress, document open issues, and communicate updates to the people involved.
- Identify schedule or implementation risks and work with the team to resolve issues.
- Support launch readiness by organizing key information, reviewing action items, and helping ensure planned activities are completed.
- Assist with improving project coordination practices as the advanced engineering group manages new work.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple action items and deadlines.

Clear communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with people across different functions.
