About the Role Join Johnson Controls as a Project Engineer, HVAC in Taipei. You will manage the execution of HVAC and chiller projects, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and handle project-related documentation and financials to help ensure successful delivery.
What You'll Do
- Manage the execution of HVAC and chiller projects from initiation to completion
- Monitor project progress to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources for HVAC and chiller projects
- Maintain and manage project documents, including contracts and change orders
- Handle financial tasks related to projects, such as accounts payable and invoices
- Assist in resolving issues during project execution, including internal and external coordination
- Travel as required by project needs
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HVAC engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience; or an associate degree with equivalent work-related experience; ASHRAE membership would be a plus
- Minimum 8 years direct project management experience in HVAC and chiller projects
- Management experience with mechanical retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS management, fire management, and security management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel; travel will vary by project assignment
- EHS licenses are a plus

- ASHRAE membership would be a plus
- EHS licenses would be a plus
