Job title: Project Engineer
About the Role Project Engineer provides support to the Project Manager and the Project Superintendent. The role focuses on planning, organizing and tracking project execution with field time 20-30% to drive project success and foster continuous learning and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Acquiring, organizing, reviewing and distributing project submittals & RFIs.
- Creating and maintaining all required Project Logs and takeoffs.
- Communicating with the owner and client representatives.
- Maintaining project budgets and completing required cost reports.
- Scheduling self-perform, subcontractor work and supplier material deliveries.
- Reading and interpreting documents such as project plans and specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar degree.
- Preferably with 3 years or more experience.
- Moderate to high level of proficiency operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, and Primavera 6.
