About the Role The Project Engineer will plan and execute project scopes, working across global teams and interfacing with multiple project disciplines to drive problem resolution. The role requires clear communication with site teams, management, and contractor organizations to deliver ExxonMobil projects within India. What You'll Do
- Work with assigned global business units to identify project requirements and coordinate development of Project Management System deliverables and reviews.
- Participate in ITT development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection.
- Oversee engineering, execution planning, procurement, systems completion, and start up.
- Steward contractor performance, align key stakeholders, engage internal discipline experts.
- Coordinates project issues identification and resolution process.
- Ensure smooth transitions between project stages, across sites, and between key stakeholders. What We're Looking For
- Ability to work across global teams, identify and drive problem resolution, interface and direct multiple project disciplines (safety, cost, schedule, quality), and communicate clearly to site teams, management, and contractor organizations.
- Experience in ITT development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection.
- Experience in engineering, execution planning, procurement, systems completion, and start up.
- Strong stakeholder management and contractor performance stewardship.
- Excellent communication and coordination across sites and stakeholders.
