About the Role Autoliv Hefei Steering Wheels CNHF seeks a Project Engineer to drive product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams at the plant, ensuring alignment with predefined targets and smooth transitions from development to production.
What You'll Do
- Lead and drive trouble-free launches of new products in line with predefined targets for own projects.
- Support other project engineers and assist department manager for team improvement and management.
- Set up and monitor project planning, timely execution of APDS tasks addressed to the plant.
- Animate/lead a cross-functional team supporting the project in the plant.
- Interface with development, sales, and purchasing teams in China and/or overseas.
- Ensure plant readiness including all required manufacturing resources (lines, machines, molds, gauges, procurement, human resources, documentation).
- Facilitate trouble-free product or process transfers from overseas operations to China.
- Ensure a good project hand-over with production.
- Lead customer delivery before SOP, DV and PV parts building, etc.
