About the Role Project Engineer to support custom-engineered equipment and machinery for paper manufacturers worldwide; involved across the full project lifecycle from design through installation. Based in Beloit, WI with 25–50% travel internationally, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. What You'll Do
- Design mechanical equipment and machinery using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
- Develop layouts, production drawings, bills of material, and technical documentation
- Partner directly with customers to support installations, troubleshooting, and project execution
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and Project Management teams
- Drive product improvements, value engineering initiatives, and innovative solutions
- Travel to customer sites throughout North America and internationally to support projects and installations What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor and/or AutoCAD
- Strong mechanical design and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills
- Passion for hands-on engineering and customer interaction
- Ability and willingness to travel 25–50% globally
