Job title: Project Documentation Responsible

About the Role You will take on a full-time role as Project Documentation Responsible in Bucharest, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of project documentation, driving efficiency and compliance through the documentation lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Define and monitor complete project and program documentation and execute documentation life cycle processes.
• Apply the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plan (DMP).
• Maintain and organize all incoming and outgoing project documentation; ensure proper storage and retrievability.
• Manage documentation management requirements from the Customer.
• Assign references to documentation and control electronic file identification.
• Ensure formal homogeneity of documentation: templates, references, versions.
• Guarantee that rules in the DMP are understood and applied by all team members.
• Validate documentation before submission to the Customer.
• Adapt and implement the documentation structure in accordance with standards.
• Collaborate with teams across the business (Project Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance).

What We're Looking For

• University degree.
• Experience or understanding of documentation management in a technical field.
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems and other documentation management tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with Power BI is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management processes and methodologies.
• A certification in project or information management is advantageous.
• Proven ability to work in a process-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work with multi-site and international teams.
