Job title: Project Documentation Manager
About the Role Join Alstom as a Project Documentation Manager to lead the structuring, distribution, and governance of client project documents, ensuring compliance with contractual, normative, and internal requirements. You will coordinate project document management, set up and maintain tools and systems, and ensure timely and accurate documentation across project teams and stakeholders. This is a full-time onsite role based in Le Creusot, France.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the management of project documents, ensuring adherence to client processes and deadlines.
- Set up and maintain document management tools and systems tailored to project needs.
- Oversee reception, validation, recording, distribution, and archiving of client documents.
- Collaborate with project teams and internal/external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in project management, engineering, administration or a related field.
- Experience or understanding of document management within complex project environments.
- Knowledge of document management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex or equivalent).
- Familiarity with document management standards and processes in an industrial or railway context.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams (English reading/writing/speaking).
- Strong time and priority management in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure document quality and compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
