- Maintain oversight of cost, schedule, risk, and performance, supporting informed decision-making and effective governance.
- Support key commercial, procurement, and contracting activities to enable successful project outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with Nscale’s standards, regulatory requirements, and wider sustainability and ESG commitments.
- Build strong relationships across the supply chain, stakeholders, and relevant authorities to support effective and timely delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery models, processes, and ways of working as Nscale scales across Europe.

- Degree-qualified in a related discipline.
- Proven track record delivering design-and-build or EPC projects from concept through commissioning.
- Deep understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination, construction, MEP systems, and data centre construction requirements.
- Strong grasp of cost control, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder governance.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator, capable of influencing at senior levels and driving performance across large, complex delivery teams.
- Highly organised, decisive, and outcome-focused, with a balance of strategic insight and operational acumen.
