About the Role As a Project Cybersecurity Manager, you will lead and coordinate cybersecurity activities across product and project development in Sweden. Working closely with the Cybersecurity Department and Product Development teams, you ensure cybersecurity-by-design principles are applied throughout the lifecycle and that Alstom’s electronic products meet required security, regulatory, and customer expectations. What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate cybersecurity activities across product and project development
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity Department and Product Development teams to apply cybersecurity-by-design throughout the lifecycle
- Analyse security needs, relevant regulations, and project requirements to define security objectives and the overall risk strategy
- Plan and manage cybersecurity activities, including associated cost and schedule; support technical design reviews to ensure security measures are implemented
- Manage vulnerabilities and cybersecurity issues, oversee incident resolution and action plans, and ensure clear and timely communication of cybersecurity status
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors; be responsible for the QCD performance of the cybersecurity work package
- Actively promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and cybersecurity best practices across the organization What We're Looking For
- Education: Engineering degree in embedded systems, digital technologies, telecom, cybersecurity, or similar
- Experience: Architecture, design, or development of embedded/digital/industrial systems; practical experience in cybersecurity activities or deployment of cybersecurity technologies
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (ISO 2700x, IEC 62443, NIS/NIS2, NIST, CRA); risk analysis methods; system and network architecture; operating systems and programming concepts; security evaluation techniques; experience in embedded or industrial systems (rail, aeronautics, automotive) is a plus
- Certifications (optional but beneficial): GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, CISM
- Soft Skills: Autonomous, analytical, structured; strong communication in multicultural environments; ability to explain and influence technical decisions; comfortable working in complex organizations; fast learner; ability to make decisions independently in complex projects Nice to Have
