Project Coordinator

About the Role Volt is hiring a Project Coordinator in Austin, TX to support the build, testing, and delivery of custom integrated test systems for NI’s largest customers. The role focuses on executing and monitoring against a project plan with a strong emphasis on logistics, procurement, and coordination across manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and services to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The Project Coordinator will be part of a highly experienced, growing team and will coordinate delivery across multiple phases and teams, communicating with stakeholders from individual contributors to Executives. What You'll Do

• Coordinate tester builds with Manufacturing; identify roadblocks and coordinate resolution to deliver solutions to clients on time.
• Track inventory, project schedules, and logistics; procure parts quickly; maintain communication with procurement to avoid availability problems.
• Assist the Project Manager in achieving deadlines and milestones; manage project logistics; ensure prototype and manufacturing jobs run correctly and on time; coordinate with PCB services, manufacturing, engineering, and services groups; follow up to ensure deliverables.
• Follow up and thoroughly track results; effectively communicate with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Maintain project documentation and data; audit project data; provide reports for adherence. What We're Looking For
• A minimum of 5 years of project coordinator experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Desire to learn and quickly pick up new technologies, tools, and tasks.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Ability to pivot and respond quickly to changing customer requirements; communicate risks and task status to stakeholders regularly.
• Experience in manufacturing or hardware-based roles and BOM management is a plus.
• Experience supporting engineering groups in a corporate environment.
• Experience using Agile and Oracle; Aerospace industry test experience is highly desirable.
• Experience managing defense contracts is highly desirable.
• Exposure to National Instruments hardware and software.
• Strong understanding of pricing, costs, margins, terms and conditions is preferred. Nice to Have
• Manufacturing or hardware-based experience.
• BOM management experience.
• Experience with engineering groups in a corporate environment.
• Agile and Oracle experience; aerospace industry test experience.
• Defense contract experience.
• NI hardware/software familiarity.
• Pricing and contract terms knowledge. Compensation & Benefits
• Pay range: $40.00/hr to $42.00/hr. Benefits include health, dental, vision, term life, short-term disability, AD&D, 401(k), sick time, and other leaves as required.
