ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril’s Manufacturing Automation team is seeking a Project Coordinator. The Manufacturing Automation team is responsible for the design, integration, and deployment of automated manufacturing systems across Anduril factories. You will help coordinate deployment and communication of new tools, processes, equipment, and capabilities across the company. You will help in the daily tasks that ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, whether that is organizing a million-dollar purchase request or assembling a desk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Project Coordination: Assist in the organization and execution of projects. Assist in the organization of finances and submitting purchase requests. Distill meeting notes into actionable items and routinely own following up.

Communication: Help facilitate communication between product line engineers, manufacturing engineers, and cross-functional teams. Manage documentation of internal resources.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as a project or program coordinator

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

A reliable self-starter, highly organized, resourceful, with attention to detail

A team player who is highly collaborative with the ability to handle complex projects

Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge and/or experience of Confluence/Jira, SharePoint, and Airtable

Salary Information: US Salary Range

$77,000—$102,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
