Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Process Support

• Assist in documenting and optimizing manufacturing processes and work instructions.

• Support process data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Participate in shop floor observations and identify improvement opportunities.

• Help track process-related issues and support corrective actions.

• Assist engineers in implementing manufacturing and productivity improvement initiatives.

• Project Management Support

• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking activities.

• Maintain project action logs, risk registers, and status reports.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of project tasks.

• Support project documentation and communication with stakeholders.

• Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Manufacturing Engineering/Project Management/ Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• English communication skills for working in a global environment.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.

• Knowledge of project management fundamentals.
