Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day design, implementation, monitoring and reporting of all our projects including agroforestry and restoration interventions, youth E-STEM and environmental education programmes and community climate action initiatives. The role requires a mid-level professional with 5–7 years of demonstrated project management experience, strong field coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams, partners and deadlines simultaneously.
Key Duties and Responsibility
Lead the planning, scheduling and execution of GRENCHI projects from inception to close-out. Ensure activities are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. Coordinate field staff, volunteers and community facilitators across project communities. Provide day-to-day supervision and technical guidance.
