Project Coordinator - CSR - 6 months Contract

Role: Project Coordinator

Project: Paytm Smart Village Abhiyan by Paytm Foundation

Location: Aligarh District, Uttar Pradesh

Project Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Project Management

• ● Overall planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities.

• ● Track timelines, targets, deliverables, project progress.

• 2. Stakeholder Engagement

• ● Coordinate with District Administration, Panchayat, community leaders, SHGs, and all

• other relevant authorities and all other stakeholders.

• ● Carry out coordination with relevant Government schemes and institutions and ensure

• laid down outcomes.

• 3. Field Implementation

• ● Ensure beneficiary mobilisation and implementation of awareness and training activities.

• ● Collaborate with the Village Facilitator for smooth field-level execution.

• 4. Monitoring & Reporting

• ● Conduct field visits and ensure activities are conducted timely and further ensure

• beneficiary coverage, and outcomes.

• ● Maintain project documentation, ensure tracking of the budget and prepare weekly

• progress reports.

• 5. Events & Visibility

• ● Coordinate project events, IEC/branding activities, and documentation.

• ● Collect photographs, videos, and beneficiary success stories.

• Preferred Skills & Experience

• ● Graduate/Postgraduate

• ● 2–4 years of experience in CSR, rural development, community mobilisation,

• government schemes implementation and social-sector programme implementation.

• ● Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

• ● Willingness to undertake regular field visits in villages in Aligarh District.

• ● Proficiency in MS office tools

• ● Good existing relationship with village, block and district authorities.
