Summary
The Project Coordinator serves as a key cross-functional support partner, working closely alongside analysts and cross-departmental teams to keep temperature-sensitive supply chain projects running smoothly. This role blends administrative project tracking and clear email communication with hands-on coordination. Responsibilities include managing customer data and project trackers, writing protocols and reports, and handling the physical assembly and organization of project materials.
This is a full-time, day-shift position working Monday through Friday with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote at our facility in Beverly, MA.
Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of projects designed to help companies involved in the manufacture or distribution of temperature sensitive products to monitor and continuously improve their temperature sensitive supply chains.

Coordinate project materials.

Manage customer information and databases.

Assist with writing protocols and reports.

Responsible for communicating deadlines and overseeing the execution and completion of assigned project tasks

Maintain ongoing internal and external communication between customers and project team leads.

Required Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
2+ years of experience with project coordination, or office support, or administrative support.
-
Able and willing to lift 40 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications
-
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
-
Organized and highly detail oriented.
-
Experience multi-tasking and managing time effectively to meet customer requirements.
-
Strong Project Management skills and experience.
-
Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Experience with project trackers.

Pay Range
-
The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.
