About the Role The Project Controls Engineer (PCE) implements overall project controls direction through application of systems and methods for estimate development, cost control, planning and reporting, progress measurement, schedule development/control and management of change. PCE has capability to execute the technical tasks as well as lead contractors in doing them. In addition to technical ability, a PCE should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. What You'll Do
- Provide overall project cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise.
- Manage project cost and schedule throughout the project life cycle.
- Fully understand the scope of the project, contractual requirements, identify the major milestones and set clear priorities for the project team.
- Lead the cost and schedule estimates for various Gate reviews and participate in the preparation of Gate deliverables. What We're Looking For
- Experience in project controls including cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management.
- Ability to execute technical tasks and lead contractors.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of project scope and contractual requirements.
