Job title: Project Controls Coordinator
About the Role The Project Controls Coordinator will support the Development Delivery Director, Project Director and Senior Infrastructure & OFCI Manager as the central governance and controls point for the Nscale owner team on the 200MW Data Centre Build in Portugal. It is a hands-on, detail-focused role that keeps governance cadence running, information flowing, and the leadership team prepared and informed, ensuring a current and accurate programme picture across all workstreams. On-site in Sines, Portugal with extended rotation.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the owner team’s governance cadence: prepare agendas, circulate pre-reads, attend key meetings and produce concise minutes and action logs on behalf of the Nscale team.
- Track actions arising from governance meetings: assign owners, set due dates, and actively follow up.
