About the Role The Project Contract Manager (PrCM) is a key member of the project team, working with the Project Manager and core project team to develop, implement, and drive proactive contract/claim management and risk mitigation strategies in line with Alstom’s business objectives, including extensions of time (EoTs), variation orders and contract amendments. He/she ensures proper record keeping and file preparation in support of robust claim files. What You'll Do
- Provide support to the project's supply management department in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure technical and contractual conditions.
- Manage the administration of subcontracts, identifying obligations and responsibilities for each contract and ensuring both parties meet their contractual obligations.
