About the Role EY is seeking a Project Consultant in TMT-Business Consulting for the Bangalore location. The role focuses on helping Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) organizations transform through industry convergence, delivering agile corporate strategies and enterprise-wide operational excellence. You will work with clients to protect data, brand and reputation and enable M&A activity. What You'll Do
- Support TMT client engagements across transformation and strategy initiatives.
- Help create compelling employee and customer experiences while retaining skills and talent.
- Contribute to achieving enterprise-wide operational excellence and robust data protection.
- Assist with the pursuit and execution of M&A strategies for TMT clients.
- Collaborate with EY teams to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-changing market. What We're Looking For
- Interest in the TMT industry and willingness to work across Technology, Media & Entertainment and Telecommunications.
- Problem-solving mindset, strong communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment in Bangalore, India. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with content distributors evolving into content producers or service providers becoming tech companies.
- Exposure to M&A strategy projects within TMT.
