About the Role Join Deloitte's Finance Transformation team to help CFOs, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions to unlock value across strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.
What You'll Do
- Develop, build, and refine parametric cost models and decision tools for complex programs
- Perform cost estimating analysis using Microsoft Excel, VBA, Python, R, multivariate regression, Monte Carlo risk analysis, and cost improvement curves
- Develop and maintain lifecycle cost estimates for large-scale programs
- Translate program and financial data into decision support materials for leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor junior analysts and support the development of estimating templates, quality controls, and cost/price evaluation training
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in cost and price analysis
- Experience developing lifecycle cost estimates for large-scale programs
- Experience building parametric cost models and decision tools using Excel, VBA, or Python
- Experience applying multivariate regression, Monte Carlo risk analysis, or cost improvement curves
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to obtain and maintain the Public Trust clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships

- Experience mentoring and developing estimating templates and training materials
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $72,900 – $121,500 per year (USD)
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program (subject to rules and performance)
