About the Role The Project Assistant will support ICON’s Independent DMC and Endpoint Adjudication (IDEA) team by coordinating project activities, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating communication across departments to drive timely, data-driven clinical development projects. They will assist with meeting scheduling, documentation, and preparing materials to support project progress and decision-making. What You'll Do
- Supporting the IDEA project managers and teams by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items and meeting minutes.
- Managing project documentation and ensuring all relevant files, records, and data are up to date and accessible to the team.
- Coordinating communication between cross-functional teams and departments to facilitate the smooth execution of projects.
- Tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule and addressing any issues that arise.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials to support project progress and decision-making. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or science is preferred, though relevant experience in project administration or support within tech-driven projects is acceptable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple project tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across departments and diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to supporting innovative and data-driven projects.
