About the Role Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our Clinical Safety & Pharmacovigilance team in Stirling. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success.
What You'll Do
- Provide day to day project support to the clinical safety department.
- Support safety coordinators and managers with follow-up on cases.
- Manage and maintain main mailbox and assist with triage.
- Create and maintain project-related trackers and status reports.
- Assist with case processing and reporting activities as delegated.
- Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Administrative experience is beneficial.
